Cancellation Policies

  • You want cancel your booking with us any time before your booking date and time of pickup. This may be done by calling us anytime on the 24 × 7 client Care Helpline 91- or email to us at


  • still, you may be liable to pay cancellation charges under the following circumstances if your booking is canceled 24 hours of the listed volley date and time. No refund shall be applicable in similar cases and the entire Booking Amount/ Advance shall be treated as Cancellation Charges.


  • If your booking is canceled previous to 24 hours of the listed pickup date and time in similar case the entire advance amount shall be repaid and the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of taking cancellation requests.


  • If for any reason your driver takes too long to get to you also the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end and the advance amount shall be credited to your Journey Cab Credits that can be used for any unborn booking with Journey Cab Service throughout India.


  • still, i, If there’s a No- Show from your end.e. you aren’t at the volley position and/ or your assigned Driver is incapable to get in touch with you on your registered phone number on the listed pickup date and time, the Driver shall stay for a reasonable period of 45 twinkles from the listed Booking time and later may treat the Booking as canceled with no refund.


  • The onus for cataloging of departure time and evidence from Journey Cab Service about the vacuity of the motor at similar rescheduled time will be with the client and similar request can be made only in writing by sending us an dispatch atE-mail.
