In the case of cancellation of your booking, Journey Cab shall be issuing a refund of the entire amount paid to us in advance for the given booking.
Optionally, please let us know why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our offering and quality of service.
Refunds are usually initiated within 48 hours from the date of request and is limited to the amount paid to us in advance for the given booking.

The onus for rescheduling of departure time and confirmation from Journey Cab Service about the availability of the car at such rescheduled time will be with the customer and such request can be made only in writing by sending us an email at
